openoffice.org website. It comes as a set of rpm files that can be
easily installed on Centos, RedHat and Fedora. I not aware of any
reason why you couldn't install OO 3.2.1 from the openoffice.org website
on Fedora 12, though I've never actually tried it.
I only install Fedora's available downloads. I figure there might be problems using the latest versions if there not made available. I hope 3.2.1 comes soon, so I can see some basic features enabled.
