It is seldom to happen that a Fedora dev forgets to make sure that a dir exists if it is utilized in a package installation procedure. At least it should give you a pause. You should ask as you did here first. I checked my system and do not see a dir like this. Have the same package installed. I checked the package. I removed/re-installed it and no trace of your problem.
