Run the folling from the command line:
su -c 'yum install gtk2-devel libglade2-evel'
Enter the root password, when prompted, and things should be all set.
This should bring in glib2-devel, as well. Good luck!

PS: Depending on what else you may have misising (for software
development), there may be other packages pulled in as well
