Weird problem with DHCPD on FC12

Hello guys,

Suddenly I started to have a problem with my F12 box. I have there 3 GigabitEthernet interfaces (eth4,5,6) on daughter-board and one built-in GigInterface.
I have also wireless card using ath9k and hostapd drivers. My system is up-to-date - I perfomed last yum update today.

My problem is with gigabit interfaces on daughter board card:

I tried to connect two clients to two of the ports with no luck. First client is Win XP, second client is netbook with F13. Neither is working.

Once I connected F13 and I did ifconfig, ifconfig showed RUNNING status in the output, however I did not receive any IP address.
On XP box I even tried to configure IP address manually but ping did not get through.

In logs I can see:

...
Jun 28 02:33:01 localhost dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 10.1.1.2 to 00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx via eth6
Jun 28 02:33:17 localhost dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx via eth6
...
Jun 28 03:03:17 localhost dhcpd: Listening on LPF/eth6/00:00:00:00:12:3f/10.1.1.1/24
Jun 28 03:03:17 localhost dhcpd: Sending on   LPF/eth6/00:00:00:00:12:3f/10.1.1.1/24
...

But nothing really more. I also tried to change duplex and speed settings on both ends but without any luck.
On the other hand wifi0 works fine and I get the IP address.

What do you think can be an issue?

Thank you very much,

Jaiv
