modprobe floppy
FATAL: Error inserting floppy
(/lib/modules/2.6.33.5-124.fc13.i686.PAE/kernel/drivers/block/floppy.ko): No such device


Which is why I question using /dev/floppy if the device doesn't exist
the module (at least under f13) won't load.
