 Yeh but I don't want to run it as root and put the authentication
information back in for windows shared printers etc ... I'd like it to
be simple - there are a -lot- of printers at work .. and  home - and
friends .. etc.

  The info is somewhere - surely there must be a bunch of files we can
copy off the backup ?
