If you're not using bluetooth, did you try uninstalling whatever bluetooth app might be (re)creating the subdirectory? $ rpm -qa | grep blue should show you what bluetooth apps are installed. (It might also show some non-bluetooth items, such as the bluecurve theme, et al, so you could check them with $ yum info [blue-package-name] and not simply uninstall everything the rpm query turns up.)
