$ dracut /boot/initramfs-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)

Still, I think if you want it to overwrite, it needs to be

$ sudo dracut -f /boot/initramfs-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)

But maybe not... I usually don't overwrite them, so I haven't tried that as user.
