typo - netfs should run *after* NetworkManager

FWIW, If I'm right about the cause, then switching to "network" rather
than NetworkManager will work, because network has a priority of 10 in
the init process, so it runs well before netfs. However, that doesn't
mean NetworkManager is broken, it means the init process is wrong -
that's not necessarily the fault of NM itself.
