The Win 7 network is bridged to my wireless network and everything works just fine. The only issues I have encountered are related to performance. When I run my Win7 VM on my F12 box it tends to hog memory causing things to run slower than if I wasn't running my Win7 VM. I have 2Gb of memory on my system and I have 1Gb of RAM allocated to my Win7 VM. Things would probably run better with more memory.
