time conflict

Hey all. I have a problem with time configuratin, i have 2 OSs in my laptop; Windows 7 and Fedora 12, when i boot fedora, the clock is always unconfigured and when i configure it and later boot Windows, the windows clock is unconfigured,

Any suggestion??
