You don't need to compile the git checkout of xorg-x11-drv-wacom. It's 
already in Fedora.

# yum install xorg-x11-drv-wacom

The only thing missing from Fedora is the kernel module, which is not 
upstream yet. An even easier solution is to just place wacom.ko into 
/lib/modules/$(`uname -r`)/extra and run depmod -a.

(I have this same tablet.)
