I've played with this file to get eSATAp working

/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.devicekit.disks.policy

Too much xml for me !

yum \
provides /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.devicekit.disks.policy
...
DeviceKit-disks-009-3.fc12.x86_64 : Disk Management Service

Doesn't answer your question though
