They are the same file:

 $ ls -il /usr/bin/g++ /usr/bin/c++
33599 -rwxr-xr-x. 4 root root 270968 2009-12-22 13:03 /usr/bin/c++*
33599 -rwxr-xr-x. 4 root root 270968 2009-12-22 13:03 /usr/bin/g++*
