Lots of upgrade issues and darn faint praise as far as I can tell ?I installed from scratch on a new partition as I always do, and had virtually no problems. One of my servers has been upgraded in place since Fedora 8, or whatever version of Fedora was first built for x86_64.
On average, upgrades in place either work fine, or you can't even upgrade at all. The middle grown is very thin.
