Can't control flash player (32 bits)

Hi all,
bran new installation of F12, gnome desktop, firefox 3.5.5 and flash player 10,0,32,18.
It's seems all right, but after two or three youtube videos (and other sites), I loose the possibility to pause,stop,
going forward, rewind, going full screen....
Pratically the player doesn't see my mouse clicks.
For example:

Any ideas?
