Is there an easy way to see the changes between Fedora kernel versions
so we can see what has been altered/added when we update a kernel?

Hi,

you can check the changelog of the kernel rpm:
   $ rpm -q --changelog kernel-$(uname -r)
(supposing that your current kernel is the latest one)
