I took the chance, made a box out of 7/16 OSB for the cd and put it in the 
box with the re-machined starter parts.  Goes out in an hour or so, as soon

Ouch.  And he never got a chance to say goodby.  Very Sad.  I did, in a 
round-about way, get to say goodbye to my oldest daughter Barbara, about a 
week before she passed from cancer.  That helps.  But only somewhat.

Yup, so I long ago quit trying to salvage, cut it off & redress them from 
scratch.
