Want to listen to sky news and other broadcasts!

Hi All,

I am a fairly new Fedora user and I have been working on getting up and running things like mp3 support along with being able to listen to videos on YouTube etc. I however can't get up the broadcasts from Sky news or CNN in firefox. Also things like radio stations that depend on windows media player etc won't come up in Fedora for me. I keep getting up an error that I need something called Microsoft media server to play these things. I search from the plugins necessary and get back some GStreamer files. I go to install but files don't install and tell me that some file dependancies are missing. Am I doing this right and could someone give me some advice on how I might achieve my goal.

Many thanks,

Paul.
