I updated my Fedora 11 and now only text-konsole works. When trying to yum update, yum does not start. Python "import yum" gives ImportError: /usr/lib64/libxml2.so.2: file too short. Yum update command suggests that perhaps the named module does not match the current version of Python, which is: 2.6 (r26:66714, Jun 8 2009, 16:07:29). I have libxml2-2.7.5-1.fc11.x86_64. So what to do? No X and no yum. Rpm hopefully works, if I now what to get and from where.
