On the KDE Live CD, at least, there is an icon labeled 
"Install on Hard Disk" in the top left-hand of the screen.

I have installed Fedora-11 from the KDE Live CD on several computers.

I agree strongly with this suggestion.
I think CentOS is a much safer bet than Fedora for a web-server.
