I have added these lines, but the same results....

mii-tool
eth0: 10 Mbit, half duplex, no link
eth1: 10 Mbit, half duplex, no link

That is what you run on your shell to run the "ethtool" command to change the
settings on the fly but that's not the syntax for the ethernet config file.

This is what you need to include the ifcfg-eth0 file for eth0:
ETHTOOL_OPTS="autoneg off speed 100 duplex full"

Try it and report back.
