I am sorry I am also having troubles in compiling fedora's gwave2 for
F-10 as it requires multiple dependencies to build on. I haven't yet
got enough time to look at it.

guile-gnome-platform or some guile thingy should be updated so that
gwave2 can be built. But if we update it, it will break other
applications.

I will try to look at it during this week.

But I would strongly recommend you to use LabPlot instead :
