For at least akmod-nvidia-173xx the current version in rpmfusion does not compile - nv.c references kernel structure fields which were removed in 2.6.30. (see https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=781) leading to a compile error. nvidia has fixed this in the newer driver for 173xx, but rpmfusion needs to update.
