And I would eve add that even YOU couldn't provide an answer to my
queation and that people on the whole group will have to paste their
knowledge before we get the whole picture.

I also believe this question of what proprietary codecs are is very
important, that people must be aware of the issue. As I already said
elsewhere, since this the most general Fedora forum and there is none
peculiar to that matter, this is where it should be discussed.

That's the reason I didn't put OT before the title.
