Hi all, Skype is driving me crazy under F11. Sometimes it works, other times not. At the moment, sort of. Audio playback works, but I can't the mic working. I've tried about all the combinations of Options/sound devices According to the Pulse volume control, the mic is working; the sound level jumps when I speak into it. I've been looking at the earlier threads on Skype in this list. Someone needed alsa-plugins-pulseaudio to get it to work. Already installed. My box has a bog-standard audio device: Intel 82801G In general, I've am having difficulty getting *reliable* audio under F11. Suddenly audio stops with Flash. Or with Rhythmbox. My only recourse is to reboot X. Yes, I've tried pulseuadio --start. Any ideas anyone? Thanks. ----- -- Colin Brace Amsterdam http://lim.nl -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/F11%3A-Skype-and-audio%2C-again-tp3367446p3367446.html Sent from the fedora mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
