Really?
I've never found printers on my LAN are found automatically.
I have to give the IP address, eg http://192.168.2.1/printers/lj .

Incidentally, CUPS seems to have regressed under Fedora-11 (KDE).
The web-page that comes up on browsing to localhost:631
seems much less clear than before.
