if I recall correctly...

Applications => Utilities => Netinfo Manager

'mounts' - configure as needed - it shouldn't be very hard to google for
NFS mounting on Macintosh OSX Tiger

also, FWIW, I thought NFS performance sucked on Macintosh OSX 10.4.x -
it looked good on command line until I used Finder to copy files then it
was major latency. You probably will want to tune NFS if you want
performance.
