BTW, my previous attempt involved downloading the Samsung Smart Panel and Samsung Unified Driver and running that. should i assume that was a mistake? rday p.s. if this is perhaps just an issue with permissions, perhaps i need only locate the appropriate file that's already installed and "chmod" it? -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
