it should also be indicated in such a way that a filter could use

I believe those are the packages for which updates exist.
Bold means an update is available. Blue (won't show up here) means it
is an available update. Red means not in any repo. I don't know what
yellow means. I don't know if there are other colors.
After looking at this a third time, I think you mean "not in any *enabled* repo"
since some of the packages came from non-fedora origins.
