You would pretty much have to do a fresh install. If /home is a separate partition and you have a back up, you could use it to store stuff while wiping the other partitions. And then fix things up afterward. > My Intel G45/X4500 motherboard graphics doesn't work with the Fedora 11 > drivers - they detect my 1920x1200 monitor as 1920x1200 AND 1024x768 > and insist on doing 1024x768, while system-config-display just hangs > and requires a reboot - and the bugzilla reports I've found that > seem to be for this problem don't show any sign of an imminent fix. > Reverting to Fedora 10 seems like the only quick way of getting back > to a usable system. You can probably work aorund this by manually making an xorg.conf file that either uses the display size you want, or if that doesn't work, try having it say to use the vesa driver. That's simple enough to try that it's probably worth doing before doing a reinstall. -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
