Did you not install the Fedora-11-Preview? Did you not keep it updated? If you did you already *have* Fedora 11. If / when you update *today* you will have a current, up-to-date, Fedora 11. One that is *newer* than the ISOs because the updates will contain packages that did not make it into the ISOs.
