Hello list; I recently bought an Autumn Wave OnAir HDTV USSB tuner. I read the pvrusb2 driver setup information. I am logged in as "mick" KDE. In an xterm as root: [root@localhost ~]# uname -a Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.27.21-170.2.56.fc10.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Mar 23 23:08:10 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Under F10 it fails with: [root@localhost ~]# tvtime Running tvtime 1.0.2. Reading configuration from /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml Reading configuration from /root/.tvtime/tvtime.xml xvoutput: No XVIDEO port found which supports YUY2 images. *** tvtime requires hardware YUY2 overlay support from your video card *** driver. If you are using an older NVIDIA card (TNT2), then *** this capability is only available with their binary drivers. *** For some ATI cards, this feature may be found in the experimental *** GATOS drivers: http://gatos.souceforge.net/ *** If unsure, please check with your distribution to see if your *** X driver supports hardware overlay surfaces.
