If you know the IP addresses, can you try "ssh -X ipaddress"?  That
should let you have a GUI over an ssh connection.

Could anyone advise me of a strategy for fixing remote machines. Same
City, different ISPS \ mainly dynamic ips

I have installed Fedora for a number of ppl, and need a method of
troubleshooting.
Including Distro-Upgrade if required.
Preferably something GUI
