The baseurl= parameter must point to a location, which contains a "repodata" directory. Yum expects to find the repository metadata files in there and appends repodata/repomd.xml to the baseurl path prior to trying to download the repository index file. For Yum-based distribution upgrades (e.g. from FC5 to F10) you need to adjust all relevant baseurl parameters to point to valid locations for the target distribution. Typically one upgrades the "fedora-release" manually, so one can keep pristine repository definition files and rely on the $releasever variable to expand to "10" automatically. -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
