In /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test-11-primary in the latest
fedora release package from rawhide (fedora-release-10.92-1).
Yes I know, but I want to verify the file from within Windows, so I need
to get it from somewhere.

Save it to a FAT partition from your rawhide install ;o)

I verified the checksum file of the beta release successfully, with the key you provided, fingerprint: AEE4 0C04 E345 60A7 1F04 3D7C 1DC5 C758 D22E 77F2 .

It could be helpful to others if a reference to this key is added to the Beta release notes page.

Thank you Bill
