WOL works when I halt the system, but not suspend. I used "ethtool -s eth0 wol g" to enable WOL on the NIC. After halting the system, the link light on the NIC stays on and I can wake it up with WOL from a different system. When I suspends the system, the link light on the NIC goes off and I can't wake the system up with WOL. (It will wake up if I touch the mouse or the keyboard.) I did some seach online and some people mentioned I need to put the network module on the "MODULES_WHITELIST" at /etc/default/acpi-support so suspend wouldn't unload the NIC driver. But there is no /etc/default/acpi-support on my system (Fedora 10). How do I enable WOL for suspend? -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
