In my case it is reproducable on binary NVidia and regular nv as well. 


So, I guess that bug may not be caused by the driver....

And it nothing takes into account the lack of problems on my
systems....  So, I'm happy...
Must be a case of YMMV...  So, maybe using absolutes isn't a good idea
when trying to blame
a particular vendor..
