The provides are determined (usually) at build time, from the installed files. 
What you want is something like:

[root@bill /]# repoquery --whatprovides --qf '%{SOURCERPM}\n' 'perl(Test::More)'
perl-5.10.0-58.fc11.src.rpm

In this case, that is built from the "main" perl package.

That just means that they don't get broken if the module concerned ever gets 
moved in or out of the big perl package [tm].
