RE: Perl modules <---> Fedora RPMs (Test::More)

I suggest to download the tar.gz package from http://www.cpan.de and install it using:
	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make install

There you also have the option to relocate the module to a specific location in case it is required for one specific project.
