Harmless warnings. It's normal that PulseAudio cannot obtain real-time
priority unless you configure it to, for security reasons.

Mostly harmless too (in particular it doesn't explain your problem), but
this has been fixed in Fedora 10. (PulseAudio now starts from within
ksmserver, so module-x11-xsmp works and so we also don't have stale PID
files because PulseAudio shuts down properly.)
