In spite of all my bitching, KDE has become a stable and usable desktop. 4.2 adds some new widgets including a great weather app and a 3.x style quick-start which returns icons to the panel. Folder view on the panel is now a better "quick access" widget. There are also some new monitor widgets. Overall 4.2 seems tighter. Quanta has now been updated to the 4 branch. From time to time I was having some right click inconsistency particularly with Dolphin. That is gone. I'm sure there is much under the hood that I haven't noticed as well as other goodies. A reminder that this is still in the testing repo. Thus YMMV. -- "Neither Lifestyle nor Agenda" http://www.tips-Q.com -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
