You're trying to run F10 as a Xen host (Dom0). This is not supported in the F10 kernel. You could try running the Xen Dom0 kernel from F8, but F8 is no longer supported either. The best solution is to use KVM instead (but you need a CPU with hardware virtualization support for that).
