Not sure how you could get updated from F9 to F10 .... but anyway..

Google search gave me this:

but it seems that it's been fixed. In anycase, try disable the libvirtd 
service if it's enabled, e.g:

1. Go to Single user mode
2. chkconfig libvirtd off
