Hey Arthur! Relax man!!! I agree with Ralf. Fedora IS ALWAYS a
Beta!!! Actually all software, even if labeled "RELEASE" is always a beta. Why do you think there are always updates and fixes and new versions? If saying Fedora (and all Linux distros) is a beta gets your goat so badly, then it is you who should go to some other list. You sound as bad as the Billy Gates babies when someone says something they dont like about windows. Choosing some OS as your religion or god or whatever... is a very bas idea. I happen to love Linux and FreeBSD precisely because they are always works in progress - they are always progressing and breaking new grounds. Bugs will always be there. That makes it fun - That is why lists like this one are created. Enough said. I Like the fact that it is a beta platform, mind you, I'm just not trying to fool myself :-).You and Ralf should spawn a different thread to talk this out. Frankly, I strongly disagree with your opinion on this, but this thread isn't the place for this, nor would discussing it matter at all. |
