DG945GCLF2 hangs with kacpid at 100% CPU

I am not really sure what to do here.  I recently installed FC10 on a new intel DG945GCLF2 (atom 330 processor) and the machine experiences slowdowns as the kacpid process uses 100% of one of the CPUs.  It's quite bothersome.  I don't know if this is a hardware issue or a kernel bug. 

Here's what I have tried.

Google Search, Fedora Forum Search with no returns of a solution.
Disabled/Re-Enabled Hyperthreading
Tried toggling all the power options in the BIOS
Added acpi=no to Grub gives me only one core (not a good solution)
Tried the kernel that installed from the Live-CD media and the Update repo (no success).
Updated the motherboard BIOS from intel on 11-18-2008 (no success).
