greetings,

i was looking forward to having fun with f10, but hoped i would get
a bit further than this. i guess with no one else posting this problem,
it was up to me. or else i missed it due to different wording.

f10 - installation fails after selection for 'install from' with cd/dvd
selected.

error message is;

"the fedora disc was not found in any
of your cdrom drives. please insert
the fedora disc and press ok to retry."

searching via google linux shows 3 hits related to dvd too old to be
recognized, but drive is only 3 years old and f9 installed from it.

fedora project wiki shows 'no page by title'. would be nice if it would
search by content.

with all that i have seen on this lists and problems with f10, a search
thru past 6 weeks of post, nothing found.

suggestions? pointers?

tia.

peace out.

tc,hago.
