Not sure if this helps, but for my NVida setup on Fedora 10, here is what I did initially (under Fedora 9) % yum install kmod-nvidia livna-config-display xorg-x11-drv-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs % yum install akmods kmodtool akmod-nvidia % yum install freeglut After upgrading my installation to Fedora 10 ( for the first time I did NOT perform a clean install ) My video works fine. Here are the versions that I am currently running: % rpm -q --all | grep nvidia kmod-nvidia-2.6.26.6-79.fc9.x86_64-173.14.12-6.fc9.2.x86_64 kmod-nvidia-2.6.27.5-41.fc9.x86_64-173.14.15-1.fc9.6.x86_64 kmod-nvidia-177.82-1.fc10.4.x86_64 xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-177.82-1.fc10.x86_64 kmod-nvidia-2.6.27.5-117.fc10.x86_64-177.82-1.fc10.4.x86_64 kmod-nvidia-2.6.27.5-37.fc9.x86_64-173.14.15-1.fc9.5.x86_64 xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-177.82-1.fc10.x86_64 akmod-nvidia-177.82-1.fc10.4.x86_64 -- This is an email sent via The Fedora Community Portal https://fcp.surfsite.org https://fcp.surfsite.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=310056&topic_id=65141&forum=10#forumpost310056 If you think, this is spam, please report this to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and/or blame kharrison@xxxxxxxxxxxx -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
