I won't comment on that decision, but will there be a solution to the problem that livna-release requires rpmfusion-nonfree-release? What if someone wants only rpmfusion-free-release and livna-release? At the moment it requires using --nodeps (and getting the nonfree one dragged in again if it ever gets upgraded, so that's not safe) or tweaking yum.repos.d by hand.
