I was disappointed to find that pymol 1.1r2pre fails under i386 Fedora 10 on a Radeon X600 chipset with following error... PyMOL(TM) Molecular Graphics System, Version 1.1r2pre. Fedora 9 has come and gone yet there was never usable fglrx drivers from ATI for that release. Now with Fedora 10, the radeon drivers themselves are unuseable for software like pymol. I'll file a bugzilla for this but it looks like we have to wait for upstream to fix it.
